Information about the host Our cozy vacation rental is located right on the Königssee-Lake Constance Cycle Route. It’s not far to Traunstein—about 18 km. Obermoos is on the outskirts of Oberteisendorf and features a bakery, a grocery store, and a well-run restaurant with a beer garden. Teisendorf, with its historic market square, is 2 km away. An outdoor staircase leads to the vacation rental and a cozy spot to relax. The apartment is a one-bedroom unit with a spacious bathroom; bed linens and towels are provided for you. You are welcome to use our cozy gazebo and the grill for a relaxing evening. On Moosweg, there is a parking space for a car and a garage for your bicycles. Our vacation apartment is ideal for cycling trips in the surrounding area, all the way to Salzburg and Lake Chiemsee. You are also welcome to spend several days getting to know our picturesque village in the heart of the Rupertiwinkel region. terms/extras The above prices do not include the spa tax of € 1,00 per person/night for adults. Young people from 13-17 years pay the reduced fee of € 0,50 and children up to 12 years are exempt from the spa tax. Arrival Description Take the A8 highway exit at Neukirchen and turn left toward Oberteisendorf/Teisendorf. In Oberteisendorf (approx. 6 km), turn right at the Gasthof Hofwirt toward Teisendorf. After about 700 meters, turn left onto Moosweg; you’ll find the carport right next to the house. Description of the accommodation Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist ein Wohn-/Schlafappartement mit geräumigen Bad. Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen für Sie bereit. Gerne können Sie unsere gemütliche Gartenlaube und den Grill für einen entspannten Abend benutzen. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einen 2 Platten Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine und Filter, Wasserkocher, Toster. Der Wohn-Schlafraum ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Sofa und Esstisch, Satiliten-TV ,Wlan und Fußbodenheizung. Im Bad stehen Ihnen ein Doppelwaschbecken mit Föhn, großer Badewanne und Dusche für einen gemütlichen Wellnesstag zur Verfügung.
